Tournament Play


Round Robin

All doubles teams in each level (A, B, and C ) will be separated into round robin groups. Depending on numbers, each group will consist of 3-5 teams. You will play every team in your group. Depending on time and players, you will play either full sets or shortened tie breakers.

Winners of each group will advance to the Single Elimination Tournament


Single Elimination Tournament

Teams will compete in a bracket tournament format. Winners will progress through the draw towards the Finals. Depending on time and players, either full sets or pro-sets will be played


Finals

The two teams in each level (A, B, and C ) that have progressed through the tournament will play each other in a Final Match.


USTA RULES AND SCORING

Round Robin, Single Elimination, and Final rounds will all adhere to the USTA rules, formats, and scoring.

Tie Breaker – Either to 7 or 10 single points to declare a winner. 1st player serves once, then each player serves twice switching between teams

Sets - First team to reach 6 games total, win by two, tie breaker at 6 all

Pro Set – First team to reach 8 games total, win by two, tie breaker at 7 all
