What is an Online virtual raffle?

  • An Online virtual raffle is a fundraiser that replicates the drawing you would have at your gala or golf event. You sell virtual raffle Tickets online to donor and their friends and family and they choose which items to add their tickets. They can choose as many items as they have tickets. For example, the donor purchases 20 tickets and puts 10 in for the Spa and 5 tickets for the Sushi Restaurant and 5 tickets for the MLB game. Or, they can put all their tickets into one item.

  • Once the donor has added all of the tickets he is charged for the tickets and receives and email with the ticket numbers and the items he chose to enter his tickets. Once the event is closed, the system can automatically pick the winners or you can do it manually via the admin area.
