“Joining IAMCP is one of the most efficient things we can do to grow our business-whether it’s navigating business shifts, personnel changes at Microsoft or connecting with another trusted Microsoft Partner, IAMCP never fails to help us deliver results”.

- Eran Barlev, Sela Canada

The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) represents Microsoft´s best partners around the globe. Since 1994, our organization has been a strong, collective voice for Partners to Microsoft and the IT community. We also provide the industry’s best way to develop partner to partner business opportunities and accelerate growth.

The Strength of IAMCP:

IAMCP partners engage in over $10.2 BN annually of joint Partner-to-Partner business as ranked by IDC. Based on a previous study, we are learning that IAMCP members report higher revenues and profits than non-members. Active IAMCP members make more connections and get more business.

Maximizing business opportunities for our members through networking and relationship building amongst members and with Microsoft is what we do. Membership is open to any sized partner who belongs to the Microsoft Partner Network.

If you are not a member today, we encourage you to come to one of our meetings, attend one of our webinars, or talk to one of our members to find out more. IAMCP is open for business!

Four Main Areas of Focus – IAMCP’s P.A.C.E.:

P.A.C.E describes IAMCP’s four main pillars of focus for our members.

P for PARTNER-TO-PARTNER NETWORKING
IAMCP is the established leader in P2P business networking for the Microsoft ecosystem. We are the hub of partner activity with thousands of members in countries all around the world. Nearly 100 chapters strong, we provide networking activities and events on a regular basis. Every day an IAMCP activity is taking place somewhere in the world.

A for ADVOCACY
A united voice reaching to Microsoft, partners, legislators, and the media. For input on program changes, Microsoft turns to IAMCP. When legislative decisions impact our businesses, we speak out. IAMCP lends its support to Voices for Innovation (www.voicesforinnovation.org) to help shape how our industry operates and succeeds.

C for COMMUNITY
Serving our community through technology and humanitarian efforts is important to IAMCP. Support for a vast array of non-profit organizations, funds for unexpected disasters and environmental causes bring partners together to ensure the future of our planet. Business owners and their staff demonstrate good Corporate Citizenship, working together provides technology, funding or sweat equity.

E for EDUCATION AND GROWTH
Programs to grow the capability and capacity is the final IAMCP pillar. Partner readiness in a business context means more than training on the latest Microsoft technologies. It also includes business planning, sales acumen, product and marketing capabilities, personnel management, financial resources, mentoring, sharing best practices. It also includes innovative approaches to mastering the elements of successful partnership such as the recently introduced Partnership Model, an exclusive training program for our membership.

Governance:

The non-profit organization is operated by an annually elected board of directors, and is funded through membership fees and sponsor grants. The IAMCP Bylaws govern how we operate. All board members should understand the association bylaws.
