Our Lady of Perpetual Help School welcomes you to our 15th Annual Golf Classic on Friday, November 1st at Indian Hills Golf Club. We are exited to share the day with veteran and new golfers alike. Registration includes = Green Fees, Cart, Breakfast, Snacks and Banquet Dinner. Awards, Raffle and Dinner following the tournament. $160 per golfer from Sep. 11th - Oct. 18th & $175 per golfer from Oct. 19th - Nov. 1st.
